One thing I've been loving a lot recently is making smoothies! They're a fun way to incorporate something healthy to your everyday lifestyle. I'm not the best at eating healthy but I'm certainly getting there. I've started making different fruit smoothies but I always have that one recipe I always go back to, it's definitely my go-to smoothie when I'm in a rush or just when I'm in the mood to have one so I thought I'd share with you what exactly this recipe is.
Ingrediants
- Strawberries
- Blueberries
- Raspberries
- Tablespoon of honey
- Splash of lemon
- Ginger (very little amount or else it'll be too overpowering)
- Tablespoon of natural yoghurt
- Small handful of oats
- Ice (can use also water or milk - whatever liquid you prefer)
Give it a good blend!
And there you go! If you're in a rush, just put the lid on for the bottle for whatever blender you have or if you have a bit of time, make it look cute like the first picture lol.
