So as you would've seen from my last post, over the weekend I had my late birthday celebrations with some of my favourite people. We went for dinner at Brasserie Blanc, a popular French restaurant just outside our local area. Before going I didn't know what I'd wear but I ended up going for something... different!
My mum actually bought this dress recently for herself from Zara but it didn't fit her and me being the daughter I am, I tried it on! It did initially look quite big on me purely because the dress isn't suppose to be fitted, that black 'belt' is actually just a ribbon attached at the side of the dress. I decided to wrap the ribbon around my waist to make it look more fitted and flattering for my figure.
I've never been one to wear something daring but I've slowly been falling inlove with the whole animal print look. I was abit hesitant in wearing this because it was so out of my comfort zone but I'm definitely trying to switch things up with my style and I think this is a good start.
I felt so sassy wearing this and pairing it with my new Kurt Geiger heels and I had a black coat to go on top. I wanted to wear some different earrings other than hoops but I'm yet to invest in some big gold earrings (other than hoops).
I don't get to dress up enough but when I do, I'll always make sure to get a few snapshots lol.
